Direct2

One login, all your clients.

You run safety programs for several operators, each with its own binder, spreadsheet and password. In Direct2 you have one consultant seat, switch between clients, and do the work inside each client's own account.

  • Part 5
  • consultant seats
  • per-client permissions

Sound familiar?

Five clients, five binders, five passwords.

  1. A login per client

Each operator gives you a shared password to a different tool, or a spreadsheet emailed back and forth. None of it shows what you did.

  2. Rebuilding the same manual

Every new client means building a safety manual and a hazard log again, in a format they can't maintain without you.

  3. No scoreboard

Which client is close to declaring and which one has gone quiet? You find out on the phone.

What you get

Your clients' programs in their own accounts, and you across all of them.

Safety

Per-client permissions, no shared passwords

Each client grants your seat exactly what you need: triage, investigation, the manual, audits. Everything you do is logged under your own name in their account.

The client's people still decide. Risk acceptance and the Declaration stay with the client's named people. Your seat prepares; theirs signs.

Safety

Import tools for clients who switch

Bring in a client's hazard log, reports, FRAT history and training from their old tool's export or a spreadsheet. Preview the mapping and fix errors before you commit. A batch can be rolled back.

Fields that don't map are listed, never dropped. A reconciliation report shows what was received, imported and rejected.

  • Safety

Build the manual in their account

Start from a template and build each client's SMS manual where they'll maintain it. When you leave, the program stays.

  • SafetyPart 5

    Readiness as the client scoreboard

Each client's readiness indicator, with gap reasons, side by side. Know who's close to declaring and who's gone quiet.

  • Safety

    Guided setup

Policy, accountability register, a live FRAT model, reporting and assigned training, configured in weeks.

  • Safety

    Evidence packages per client

Generate a client's evidence package, organized by Part 5 paragraph, for any date range, in one click.

  1. Day 1

The operator adds your consultant seat. You switch to their account from the same login you use for your other clients.

  2. Day 2

You import their spreadsheet hazard log with the mapping preview, fix four rows, and file the reconciliation report.

  3. Week 2

The guided setup produces their manual from the template. Their AE e-signs the policy and objectives. A FRAT model goes live and training is assigned.

  4. Weeks 3 to 10

Their readiness tracker moves from amber and red to green as real reports and the first management review happen. You watch it on your client scoreboard.

  5. Declaration day

Their AE generates the readiness report and signs. You move on to the next client, and this one keeps running without you.

Across the three modules

Bring your client list.

We'll set up a consultant seat, switch between two sample clients, and run an import from a real hazard log with a safety specialist.
